A final email to them

After four emails overnight giving me two more days to pay the money and pretending to pass the blame from one to the other. Being upset with me because the courier may lose their fictitious contract with the none existent lottery board.
I have decided to end this one with this email titled

THE END

Dear Scammers

If you honestly think that I believe any of the emails that you have sent me,
you must think that I am stupid, I’m NOT

The email address that I replied from was not in use at the time of the supposed
draw so it is not possible for it to have won any money in an email address lottery.

You cannot win money if you don't enter a competition so stop wasting your time
trying to extort money from me.

I will say this you have given my friends and I some laughs over the last few days
with your lame attempts at trying to make Nutty part with her money (she does not exist)

By the way the emails have been forwarded to the police to investigate further.

Your marks for this scam attempt

Believability                                        0/10
Getting the facts right                          0/10

I think it’s time to give up you have failed the course

NOT FALLING FOR THIS

Get it    I am not falling for this scam so stop wasting your time

Will they give up !!!!

Friday 13 April 2012

LETS SEE WHAT THIS REPLY DOES

STARTING TO GET BORED WITH THEM NOW
So lets see if this gets a response

Susan Michael & Make Anner

I have just received both of the emails together and I find your tone very upsetting
I have been trying to be as helpful as possible but you have made me wait for four
days before sending me the bank account details. It is now impossible to send any
money before Monday 16/04/12 as the banks are now closed for the weekend.
This means that I will be unable to collect my winnings.

I think this has been a deliberate policy on both your and Mr Anner part to defraud
me of my winnings and I will be taking that matter to the police tomorrow morning
and giving them all of the emails that have been sent between us.

Do not bother to reply as all further emails will be forwarded to the police without being read

NOT FALLINGFORTHIS

LAST CHANCE / BANK ACCOUNT !!

In every indication it’s now clear that you are not ready to receive
your cheque as I told you before come rain or sun Shine on 16/4/12 I will
surely retune your cheque to Mr. make Anner, why do you complain
about us to
him now he is threaten threatening to terminate our contract with the lottery organization

just because of your complaint.

You were asking for the bank account details which I sent to you, up to now you
have not make made the payment then why what else do you want? Or What are you waiting for?
Or you think we are going to keep your cheque forever. do I care below is the
account number again, peeved I know I have sent it to you before so you
wouldn't have any excuse. if I send it back you only have yourself
to blame not me. Well I won't be getting it any way so what does it matter!

This was the previous email that was not answered for 6 hours before the one above arrived

Mr Make Anner Again

What will it be this time

Dear NUTTY
With every indication we have understand you are not ready to claim
your fund, says who can you please send a formal letter of authorization
stating you are not interested.  So the organizers will send it to
South Africa motherless home as unclaimed fund. I did not know homes could be motherless
For quite some time now your funds had be approved for payment. but you are not doing
anything to claim it. I am trying now the bank are really complaining that they
can no longer holding your funds  the bank wants to give money BACK !!!
since you are not providing an account for them that the lottery board should come and remove it from
their bank. The lottery board would have an account in the bank I would have thought
Thanks in anticipation of getting money out of me NOT A CHANCE
Sincerely,  I doubt that

They want to take my winnings away shock horror!!!

The Reply

Dear MR. MAKE ANNER

I am having a problem with your courier service. They will not give me there bank details so the I can transfer the money directly into there bank which will be an instantaneous transfer, the bank tells me. The bank also said that they were trying to overcharge be by quoting a sum of $384 to transfer the money when it should only cost about £30 if I get FedEx to collect the money from their offices. So I have asked then to give me there office address so that I can us this method of collecting my fund.

I am awaiting their reply.

Yours  Nutty

They are getting desperate

Oh dear  they are still falling for this

Dear N.O.T Fallingforthis

HERE IS THE INFORMATION YOU SHOULD USE TO SEND THE MONEY VIA MONEY GRAM OR WESTEN UNION SERVICES:-

MRS. ESTHER NOJOKO
JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA  How do you know if this would get to the correct person ?

Please note that Mrs. Esther Nojoko is our Secretary. And the very reason we want you to send the money via Money Gram is because it is faster hence if you use our bank account the money will take well over 7 days   no i can send money to any bank in one working day if required before it would reflect in our account and before then the 72 hours given to you would have expired. but if you still need an account I will send to you .

As soon as you send the money via Money Gram Services, kindly let us have the following information:- (1) THE PIN NUMBER (2) YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS (3) AMOUNT SENT

As soon as we received the delivery bill within 48 hours your cheque will be at the address we received from Mr. Make Anner and you should please reconfirm the address for we cannot be hold responsible in any mistake made by you.

But when the delivery man get to is address he is going to see you to sign that you have received the cheque so you must be around waiting for him .  I don't think it works that way they would try more than once or leave a card saying where to collect from

Would you believe this address

My Reply

Dear
SusanMichael

I went to the bank today and they informed me that it was not possible to send a money gram
and could  not find a company called  Westen Union Services. They said money could be transferred into your back account within one working day.

When I explained what I was trying to do they said that a reputable courier service such as Fed Ex would not charge more that 30 pounds to send a package from South Africa and that $364 was a very expensive. They said that I could arrange to have the package pick up by Fed Ex and pay for the delivery from here. So I will take the banks advice.

So What I require from you is a contact name  and a full address with a post code from where my money can be collected. I will then send a Fed Ex courier to collect my winnings from  your offices

Yours

Nutty

DELIVERY BILL !!

The delivery Bill

Note this was in bold lettering so they may be getting peeved ;-)

Dear N.O.T FALLINGFORTHIS

Here is no way I can send your cheque without receiving my delivery bill and right now I am having your cheque in my office from today being 11/4/12 till 16/4/12 if you did not decide on how to pay I have no other option than returning your cheque to Mr. Make Anner whom we received it from.

Thank

Susan Michael (GM)

My Reply

Dear Susan Michael

I did say that I would pay cash on delivery or I would pay the money into your bank account if you sent me your bank details, so just give me your bank details and I can pay you the money.

Thanks

Dear  Susan Micheal

There seems to be some confusion here as I already explained to Mr Make Anner I have no bank account, am bankrupt and unemployed so will have difficulty in sending payments, but will pay cash on delivery of the cheque, to my home,  the details of which you can get from Mr Make Anner or if you give me your bank details I would be able to pay money into you account.

N.O.T FALLINGFORTHIS

Lets wait and see what the reply is

Tuesday 10 April 2012

The replies are coming fast

Now they want the details of a family member or friends bank account

Dear NUTTY OPA TYNE

In this regard since you are blacklisted in your country I suggest you need to write a letter stating you that you are authorizing the lottery board to use your brother or sister or your father, mother, friend any of your relative whom pleases you and open the new account then send us his or her account number in your country or where ever they are surely once the new account are sate up the fund you won will be transfer from the new one in south Africa to the old one in your country within 48hours. We have had this experience before and this is how it was handled, then its works out.

The reply

Dear MR. MAKE ANNER

It would be simpler if you sent me the money for the airfare, I can then receive the cheque in person,
as I am an only child and have no living relatives left. I have no one left that would let me use there back account
since i became bankrupt so I do not have a bank account I can use.

Yours

I have replied thus

Dear MR. MAKE ANNER

I do not have a bank account in either South Africa or Scotland

I cannot get an account in Scotland due to being bankrupt so I do not think it would be possible to get one in South Africa either. Even if I did get one in South Africa then I would have no way to transfer the money.

Could I suggest that you send me the airfare to South Africa, to the address you have on file and I will reimburse you the money when I receive my winnings

Sincerely,

N.O.T. FALLINGFORTHIS

A New one today

Been quiet for a week or two but started again today but I could not be bothered to wind them up today as too busy working.

Apparently some one with an Asian accent said my computer was generating lots of errors and they would fix them for me. So I asked what company he was working for but could not understand the reply.
He told me to open Internet explorer, when I said I did not use it he was flummoxed. I said I use Linux and Firefox so he gave up and I can get back to work.

So remember if you get one of these calls you have a Linux operating system Ubuntu will do if they know any and then they give up.

Irritating Phone Calls

Over the last few week I have received a number of scam / unsolicited phone calls even though I am registered with the telephone preferences agency so should not receive any.

So I thought that I would start a blog listing them

Two days ago I got a call from the British Consumer Survey who wanted to know about me told them no, then said was reporting them to the telephone preferences agency they hung up(surprise)
The phone number is bogus if you ring it you get nothing. 04412356498

24th February 2012

I received a telephone call from UK claims and finance, saying that I am entitled to money back from the government and asking if Iwould like the money as a check or paid into the bank.
Not being stupid I said check there was no way I was giving out bank details.

They then asked for my DOB which I refused to give at whichpoint he said that I was not giving information to a government officer andthey would debit my bank account by £100.

I asked him to verify my bank details, which he refused, so I asked whichbank I banked with, but all I got was your bank account has been debited by£100 check and see when I said I had and it had not been debited he hung up.

I could not retrieve the telephone number as it was from anetwork that does not transmit numbers.

This call worried me so I reported it to the action fraud website where it also said to report it to the local police, on the 101 number. After speaking to them they said that there was lots of these calls at the moment and it was unlikely that any action would be taken but a report was logged.

What scares me is that an older person without access to on line banking may fall for this sort of scam and believe that it was possible to take money from their account
